1. Installation of Components

This quotation is based on the installation of the equipment as set out in the quotation; in the event of re installation or relocation of this equipment you will incur additional charges

2. Alterations

Any alterations made to this quotation after approval, may incur charges if additional labour and/or equipment is required

3. Warranties

All equipment is under standard manufactures warranty. For any service requirements with the warranty period and that constitute warranty work, Tomorrow will cover this free of charge for 12 months from the date of your final invoice. Servicing required due to misuse or incorrect adjustments made by the user will be charged at our standard call out fee.

4. Occupational Health & Safety

Under the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2000, Section 8 (2) Tomorrow must ensure that people (other than the employees of the employer) are not exposed to risks to their health or safety arising from the conduct of the employer’s undertaking while they are at the employer’s place of work, unless accompanied by a member of Tomorrow as agreed. The client agrees to cooperate with Tomorrow to enable it to comply with this requirement. Tomorrow and its employees are not licensed to remove asbestos that may be contained on the premises. You are required to inform us prior to signing this Agreement the age of your property is and whether fibro and asbestos is contained in your home or business. Tomorrow is not responsible for the removal of asbestos and such removal must to be arranged and completed before Tomorrow or its employees are to continue work on the premises. Tomorrow is not responsible for any costs associated with the removal of asbestos or any delays caused as a result of asbestos findings.

5. Payment

Payment of the total amount of the quotation must be made in the following methods of installments:

20% of the invoiced price deposit is required on acceptance of the quotation*
20% of the invoiced price is required on completion of pre-wire
50% of the invoiced price following installation or delivery of equipment
A final 10% is payable on completion of all work and any adjustments carried out

*Commencement of the 24 hour cooling off period. You are entitled to a 24 hour cooling off period by which you may cancel the quotation in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated in this document and in Item 9. The 24 hour cooling off period begins on acceptance of this quotation.

6. Ownership of Goods

All goods remain the property of Tomorrow until the total invoiced amount payment is received in full.

7. Refunds

Should the client cancel the works that are the subject of this quotation after expiration of 24 hours after acceptance of this quotation, the client shall pay a 20% restocking fee on any unopened items of equipment and a full fee on opened items. Opened items cannot be returned or refunded. Cancellation after the works have been commenced and before expiration of the 24 hour cooling off period will be charged at the stipulated hourly rate for all work completed with a charge for all materials used or ordered, including but not limited to labour and cabling costs of the pre wire. Cancellation within the 24 hour cooling off period and before commencement of the works will not incur a penalty and a full refund of the deposit will be made. DATCOM reserves the right to charge for any other related and directly associated costs incurred as a result of cancellation of this quotation after acceptance of this quotation. Monthly progress payments & balance on completion to be paid as per the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 1999 NSW (as amended 2002).
